The fog light relay is black, clipped onto the fuse box. It's the furthest on the right. You can see it on 4dr4life!'s picture.
The one here.............................................. .................................................. ...VVVVVVV
If you put your finger on it and turn the fog lights on/off, you'll feel it clicking.
