Question about Thule snowboard racks for Fit sport

I want to buy a Thule snowboard top rack for my girls Honda Fit sport but when I go to the their website and select Honda Fit sport as the model, it tells me that there are no snowbaord carriers available and it says "Based on our product testing of your vehicle, we do not have a product in this category that we recommend for use.".... But when I go back and change the vehicle type from Honda Fit sport to Fit, it gives me a complete list of snowboard carriers available for the car. Does anybody know if there is a difference between the Fit sport to the base fit?... did Thule just make a mistake?

In my opinion, the roofs of Fit Base models and Sport models can't possibly be any different. When I last looked at the Thule site when I picked up my Fit in early Sept., they did not show any product for Fits at all, so I think that they still are not up-to-date on their own info. for Fits. Suggestion: find their dealer closest to you and ask the dealer.

phuuurt! even if I leave her at home I still dont want to throw the board in the car. lol... yea i saw that thread with the thule bike rack already. I called one of the reps but they weren't much help. I think they just messed up on their website. I pretty much figured out what parts I need so i'll be ordering everything sometime this week.
