My Opinion:
Obviously these parts aren't going to produce incredibly noticeable gains like bolting in a turbo or a catback exhaust would. I'd say these are more "finesse" parts that you throw in once you've pretty much improved everything else.
I have noticed that before installing the voltage stabilizer, ignition booster, and earthing kit I was getting around 200 miles on my odometer before the needle on my fuel gauge hit the midway mark.
After adding those 3 items - I'm currently at 220 miles and my needle is still a slight bit over the halfway mark! I guess it's working for me. Your results may vary.
The majority of my driving is highway commuting and I like to drive at around 65-70mph, I seldomly go wide open throttle unless I'm trying to keep up with an STi or Evo!
The only engine mods I have are an Injen CAI, Megan Racing Header, and a Fujitsubo Power Getter Cat Back Exhaust.
