I can understand you being upset about a part showing up to you broken, but at the same time, you must realize that they can only control so much. Shipping is one of these areas, as all they can do to control the situation is package the product to the best of their ability and use a reputable shipping company.

Since you haven't contacted them about it, you haven't even found out what they're willing to do to help you in this matter. At this point, there should be nobody you're upset with besides the shipping company who sent the product.
