I'd really, really be interested in that service bulletin so I could show it to them as well. Anybody who can link me and the others I would be really, really appreciative.

Well, got the Fit back today and I'm really impressed w/ how this all was handled. Granted, I haven't inspected every inch of the bumper and hood but at first glance it looks great. In bright sunlight there's no more swirls in the hood! They told me that they put the spacers in both front and back (I didn't have a problem w/ the paint peel in the back but I'm sure it was only a matter of time) and I could barely notice the difference.
At any rate, it looks great and I'm pleased w/ how it all turned out. I can only hope that whoever else has this issue is dealt w/ in the same way I was.
