Nokya Hyper Yellow
What's the difference between these two products if I want to use them as fogs?

Nokya H11 Yellow Bulbs Fits RSX 02+ / Civic 02+ Fog Lights 55W=80W

Nokya 9006 Hyper Yellow HB4 Light Bulbs 65W=70W

They are both the same size 9006/H11 and are both yellow.
