update!

Glad to see someone has really gotten some info on this stuff. In that last diagram what you'll need is the hub assembly. It is not only that but also the caliper mounting bracket. It's all one piece and from the image, it has the same bolt pattern as the drum thus all you'll have to do it swap it and use the same hardware. From everything I've seen, if you were able to get the hub then you could use usdm civic(1992-1995 Si/EX(abs)) and integra(1990-2000) rear calipers/rotors. I don't think it'd be much of a hassle to get 2 rear brake hoses made from some braided material and get creative on routing them.

The rear hubs from the US honda dealer are about $65 a piece. I'm thinking that the ones for disc brakes should be in the same ballpark....and then of course you have your USD to £.

I'll buy a set....groupbuy!
