Mugen Lip Kit for USDM Fit

Where could I pick up a Mugen kit for my FIT? Are they even available for the north-american version, or is converting to JDM bumpers a necessity?

I don't care if the kit is a replice or an original, I'd just like to know if it's do-able and how much they are.

you can get replica kits.... they look a little different from the real mugen tho. ABS dynamics is the maker of the kit.

Hmmm.. It seems I can get the front lip and the rear lip from HondaFitTuner.com, but the side skirts I can't find anywhere other than from Seibon... in CF.

hondafittuner.com has a bunch of mugen style lip kits. no authentic mugen products, tho.

So while we're on this topic, the Genuine Mugen sideskirts will infact fit correct, but the Genuine Mugen Front and Rear Underspoiler will need modifications in order to fit? Only reason I ask, is that I wouldn't mind obtaining the Genuine Mugen Front Underspoiler and making it work.

Hondafittuner.com has the Mugen style side skirts...

you guys might love me or hate me for this, but Honda will be selling Mugen accessories for the new Fit at their dealers. I just attended SEMA today and saw the car myself. I did take pics, but I'm flying back to Jersey in the morning. At the earliers I can post some pics late tomorrow once I get home. No laptop on me. I'm sure someone will find some pics online before that though.

For now let me just give some details on what I saw. It was a Milano Red Fit Sport with Navi. The following parts were installed on the car.

Mugen Front Grill
Mugen Front Bumper
Mugen Side Skirts
Mugen Silencer Exhaust
Mugen Wheels (multispoke, not like the GPs)
Mugen Shift Knob (exactly like the one from the Mugen Si)
Mugen Quick Shifter
Mugen Sport Pedals
Mugen Floor Mats
Mugen Rear Bumper

It all looks similar to the one from the JDM model. Unfortunately the car did not have a Mugen suspension, which is a dissapointment. It was the first time I sat in the new Fit and it was very confortable and roomy. If by tomorrow night no one has found pics someone PM me and I'll see what I can do.

i'm pretty sure the mugen side skirs are a direct fit, as its only the bumpers that were changed for the usdm market.

the only way you can buy mugen parts made directly for a usdm fit is if you buy a GE.

the replicas for the gd3 don't look that great imo. you can tell its a knock off.

ALL JDM SIDESKIRTS ARE DIRECT FIT! Back to the topic. Hondafittuner sucks. they are expensive. Anywho... ABSdynamics is the maker of the FULL LIP KIT like Illusive had. Call them and ask for Eddie and tell him I sent you.
