Stock Spark Plugs

Hey guys, I didn't want to start a new thread but I searched and couldn't find it anywhere. Can anybody verify the brand and type of spark plugs that come in the 07-08 GD3's? I've "heard" that they're Iridiums, but have a hard time believing it. My guess is that they're copper. Thanks ahead of time.

Nobody huh? Guess I might have to open up my hood and take a look myself. I want to replace them to get better MPG. Switched from Copper to Iridium in my 2002 Civic and got -2mpg. Switched to Platinum and got +2 mpg.

The stock Fit comes with either NGK Laser Iridium (IZFR6K13) or Denso Iridium Long-Life (SKJ20DR-M13) plugs. So yes, they are Iridiums. Hope this helps.

they are NGK iridiums. Just go 2 autozone and order some ngk's for the fit. it's the exact same plug.

Did you look in your owners manual?

Don't get denso iridiums. Densos have a terrible problem of breaking apart and causing major motor damage to many different vehicles, s2000's, 350z's, b-series and k-series hondas, etc.

Go NGK. NGK FTW!

Go NGK. NGK FTW!

Spoon Sports is all about endurance and they use NGK sparkplugs.
