Interesting Fuse Predicament (Did my Dealership F me?)

So months ago, we're talking months ago - A drunk driver ran into my driver-side door - long story short, insurance took care of it no-fault for $100 deductible and dealership installed with great service.

Well, recently I removed my center console and changed the HVAC to blue LEDs via billmus's DIY in the Fit Trix lighting section. Everything went GREAT, but I blew Fuse #22 (Small Light) and decided to replace it with Fuse #12 (Rear Wiper) temporarily to test the LEDs.

Of course as a result, the LEDs worked great but the Rear Wipers didn't.
HOWEVER, to my SURPRISE - no longer did the POWER WINDOWS work either!!!

This morning, I replaced Fuse #12 (Rear Wiper) and both the POWER WINDOWS and REAR WIPER are fully operational.

All this leads to my hunch:
Do you think my dealership pulled a fast one when they found out the electrical work for the POWER WINDOWS were botched in the repair job? Maybe they spliced the wiring for the windows with the rear wiper?

Any thoughts or comments? Maybe I'm being too... out there?
Thanks.

not sure but they could both be using the same power source wire but use different relays. if it's working ok i wouldn't worry too much.

2trips is an unknown quantity at this point
When fuses are blown, things don't work.
When fuses are fixed, everything works.
I wouldn't worry about it.

I say dont worry bout it.

Its kinda like the issue with the "back-up" fuse being blown. I had that blown and my complete audio, keyless entry, and dome/trunk lights all went out.

Its kinda like relative i guess. The fuse for the rear wiper is probably, considered, door fuse i assume. Makes everything on the doors/hatch work, kinda like old cars having only one fuse for the car running components, speedometer, and one for accessories like stereo, headlights, signals.

Why is it your first thought is the dealer screwed me over, instead of hey maybe it works this way?
