AC Vent-mounted Cup Holders?

I own an '08 GD3 and am curious about these aftermarket ac vent-mounted cup holders on Amazon. There are a few models out there by the same company and a couple of them have some positive reviews. I know these can be pretty ugly, but I'm planning ahead for when I get my zeta armrest and lose 2 of my cupholders up front. My big question about these things....

Are the AC vent louvers going to break if I try attaching one of these aftermarket cup holders to it????

EDIT: Here's the link to one of them: http://www.amazon.com/Type-S-DH-1039...sim_dbs_auto_1

I have no personal experience, but I can't imagine they are too strong. I'd worry it would either fall off with a full soda in it and make a huge mess, or it would break the vent.

i don't think they'd work well in our cars...our vents aren't what i would call a normal shape.

how would you lose your cupholders by going with the zeta arm rest?

You lose the two on the rear of the console, but still have the ones up front.

EDIT: The armrest comes with one cup holder on the back, but it's really flimsy looking. Not sure if it'll really hold anything.

i recalled having these in my family's old izusu rodeo, but it was made by carmate and not so pretty looking. it was most likely the same with attach clips to the louvers.

the thing is the rodeo's vents were straight(verticle slope) not tilted like the fit's. the one we had held average size mcdonalds large cups ok, but i doubt you can put a bfc monster there.

i liked these when i was little, cuz they could keep drinks cold, while not exactly killing your a/c feel.

the fit only has one in the rear of the console, unless you consider the rectangle part a cupholder

I do consider it a cupholder, since it will gladly fit certain sized beverages. Also, I believe it's considered by Honda to be a cupholder, technically. On Honda's website they say the 09 Fit has 10 cupholders total. Can anyone find the 10th if the rectangular one is not it?
