Headlights Problem.. PLZ help

Hey guys

New at the forum... Searched for answer but didn't find anything... Forgive me if there is and i didn't see...

I have a fit model 2004 second-hand imported from Japan, and also an s2k.
When i turn on the high beam, it turns on (sometimes) for 1 second or less, and then fades off. The lights, and also the high beam indicator on the dash.
I cannot find the part (indicator and control box) in my country, since the car is not imported in cyprus new, but only second hand from Japan.
Note that my car also has fog lights, which's switch is on the same controller (turn indicator, lights, high beam, fog lights).

Do you know where i can find that part? Or at least a part number so i can order it and change it by myself?
