Short answer is no . . . but how much more power are you talking about?
If the tranny is anything like other Honda manual transmissions, you'll need to upgrade just about every other part of the engine and drivetrain before it becomes a problem. And that said, there aren't many options for other trannies on this car . . . the only option that might work would be the 6-speed on the upcoming CR-Z. But who knows if it's even any stronger, I'd be surprised if it was, actually.
edit: thinking about this a little more - it's possible there are transmissions sold overseas that are compatible as well, different than ours. But again, I'd be very surprised if any of them are stronger than the one we already have.
LOL... you aren't going to get enough HP out of this 1.5 motor to ever need to swap the trans. Maybe if you get supercharged AND throw in a 100hp shot of NOS, but that'd just be retarded.

Well unless you swap your engine, you won't really need to change the transmission... anyways, it's way better to upgrade the handling on our cars, you will have a lot more bang for the buck...
I remember some guy in Indonesia posting here successfully boosted his GD3 to 400+ WHP. He said the stock manual gearbox could handle that before breaking at 450.
More conservatively, 150 WHP (the power output you'd see most supercharger and turbo options make for our cars) hasn't broken gearboxes yet AFAIK.
So, no, the stock manual gearbox is not the weak link.
