Hello Gentleman,

I have a 2008 Honda Fit, sport model, with about 25,000 miles.

A few days ago the check engine light came on.

Code reader says: "P2A00 O2 sensor circuit range performance bank 1 sensor 1"


I assume there is a problem with the oxygen sensor. I believe this model had 2 oxygen sensors?

Which sensor is the problem? I believe the problem is with the front sensor, the one before the catalytic converter?

Thank you for any information you may be able to provide.

Up to now I have had zero issues with the car.

 

My lower 02 Sensor went out this spring with 62K miles on the car, and the upper went within a week after changing the lower. I used OEM NTK sensors, but would probably order Nippondenso ones from amazon.com next time. I'm partial to Nipppondenso.
