front rotor options...

Hello,

I'm new to the forum and new to our 2006 Fit which was built in Brazil (We recently relocated to Mexico which is where we bought the car). The car has disks up front and drums in back. The front rotors need to be replaced but I can't find a rotor that will work. The rotor is 240mm dia and 39mm high. To my limited knowledge this rotor was used only on the Honda Logo in Europe. They are described here.

Does anyone know what would be a suitable alternative to the EBC part? Failing that, is it possible to upgrade the front brakes with something easily obtained in NA?

Thanks.

If you bought the car in mexico, then your local honda consesionario should have it. If they don't, go to some refraciones, and have them match one up, you can also go to a machine shop where they turn rotors and have them machine it to your specifications! very cheap. 40p. I live in mexico.

I'm not sure on the size But I know the usdm GD3 uses the same rotors as the 2003 Civic SI.
