Low RPM Problem

https://youtu.be/BMEmnmGCBUo

Guys do you know what is the reason of engine rpm falling down when starting whithout acceleration paddle, or braking? Honda fit 1.5. 2005 year. 67 000 km.

Difficult to judge that without being able to hear and observe what else is going on during the event.

Any fault codes?
Memory dump and idle relearn?
Valve adjustment? I've seen tight valves not only cause misfire codes, I've seen it cause random RPM drop and stalling too.

OP: Are you letting the clutch out without touching the accelerator pedal? If so, what you are seeing is normal.

The engine computer will 'see' the revs drop, then compensate by feeding the engine more gas.

Check video again, I'm sure it showed the automatic trans PRNDL display on the cluster

Nice yellow accents though.

^^ LOL Not enough coffee yet when I looked. <FACEPALM>

But that begs the question, could the A/C have been cycling on-off when the video was recorded?
