Meh. This topic can be interchanged with any other topic. As far as politicians are concerned, its all about "looking" like you are actually doing something so you get elected or you projects get funding. Come up with retarded agenda's and never mind the facts. We need better enforcement for lawmakers who come up with retarded stuff like this and get them to pass. When I do a piss poor retarded job at work my ass gets fired! These guys get nothing, and give themselves raises at the end of the year.
