What Jim is telling you is the offset counts most. not the wheel width.
But first a 4" wide rim is way too narrow for a 205 tire. Check TireRack specs for allowed wheel widths.
We have mounted several Fits with 205 tires (and 225) and any offset less than 42 mm is certain to rub if the wheel is at least 5" wide. However, if your car is lowered then 45 mm is minimum for a tire diameter of 23.5". Go bigger and increase the offset accordingly.
