The ones on USA Spec don't support Honda (their multi input stuff)

the Ipod one does, but the adapter here is for a USB drive/thumb drive with decent amount of support.

Better than most things here. I prefer what I have on my aftermarket setup, and for Ipods, it's better to get OEM or USA Spec.
