And this is what I would like my car to look like... yes, we humans like what we don't have... look at the shift knob with the heated buttons... also how the steering color matches with the radio, and the passanger's side... the bluetooth buttons... if the jap manage to put another button in the middle lower part of the steering wheel.. wow...

But, this is how my car looked like once I received it....I have orange colored Gauge, you can see the color difference between the steering and the radio plastic, it's light gray, meanwhile the radio is more dark...same with the shifting knob cover....

It seems like it is not a jap version? But rather a LHD hybrid version?? And it got tweeters fitted!!

And this paddle looks a bit strange to me. Is it a break paddle, where is the gas paddle??

No, but it's a hybrid w/seat heaters.

It's probably underneath those paper mats.

I still get lots of coins here in China, and this one gives me more space, at behind where I hide my USB connection and the ipod

Both of the above ( mine and the No 13) use the under lid No 12 in the diagram.
This looks exactly like my set up (except I swapped out my Aux outlet for the JDM Honda Access cig outlet).

So they changed the cupholders for the 2012+?

Yeah, that the one that I had originally... cjecpa just confirmed that's for the 09-12 USDM GE8.

No, they do not use or need that part. It doesn't work together.

Which I think doesnt use anything under plastic, excep the panel underfram to hold the switches.
It might be one bottom piece, but it might use that part #14?

Thanks for the clarifications... the OEM panel sure looks clean, but so does the one in the other thread.

Different time zone do makes a different!
With a few beer, I can't even notice there is a piece of paper there~

Good option for Heated seats buttons..

So ....this is the happy ending... of my curiosity..... from FIT HYBRID to FIT GE8

Bracket USD7, Cover USD11 Switch USD41 each Indonesia ( same switch in China USD28 made in China)

This is how the center console looked from factory in China for th 2012 GE8 version..

This space is same at ALL center consoles for GE models as per the Parts diagram...

Here is after installing the plastic support 83405-TF0-G01ZA

And this is how it looks once finished
Buttons go fixed by screws to the plastic cover 83404-TF0-G01ZA
Buttons ref 35600/35650-TF0-003 are for right and left sides
It does give me even more space in the back which is also what I've been looking for...

Will change that Shift Knob AT cover that is metallic gray for black color soon....

Again happy as a clam...
Thank's to AMAYAMA for that speedy delivery....
Now is time continue DIYing.. will install the heated seats....

Thanks for the pics... how do you plan on hooking up your new seat heater controls to the car? Will you be buying the harness? or just tap & wire?

If you go the harness route, please post those part #'s too.

Looks nice if I do the heated seats I think I will go the shifter route as above. I utilize both of those cup holders more often then I would of thought when I initially got the car.

Based on what I've seen, I think the switches will go attached to the Instrument Wire Harness, meanwhile the seats heating will go connected to the Floor Wire Harness.
I don't think that will be cheap, besides will mean to waste lots of cable... therefore will do Tap-n-wire, will indeed follow the DIYs from FitFreak's posters.....
