Window Tinting and Cargo Cover

Window Tinting and Cargo Cover
Hey guys!
I've been creeping around here for a while, and finally decide to pick y'alls brains. I'm looking to purchase a cargo cover for my 2009 Fit Sport, and I found two different models on Amazon.
Does anyone know the difference between these two? I found a post somewhere around here the other day about installing a cargo cover, and the OP had to drill holes in the back of the seats in order to install it it correctly. I want to aboid this because it defeats the purpose of the easily collapsable seats.
I am planning on having my windows tinted. I live in the Chicago area, and the legal limit here is 35%. Anyone live around here with a darker tint? I'd like to go 20%, but I really don't want to deal with any harrassment from local PDs. Also, I am planning on having a strip done on the windshield for morning/evening driving purposes. The place doing the tint for me said they would do a 5% tint at the top of the windshield. Is this pretty standard?
In addition, I want to replace the interior lights with LEDs. Any suggestions?
Thanks guys!

Welcome to the forum
They are both the same cover, one just uses a old part number (08U35-TK6-110). If you don't want to drill holes you only need to recline your rear seats and you no longer have a gap between the back of the seats and the cover.
Regarding tint, you can always go 35 front and 20 rear.
If you want to buy that cover, buy it from Bernardi parts and they will give you 25% off shipping with the forum code:

Definitely go for the tint strip. Here they're usually 10 or 5. Makes a HUGE difference. The nice thing with the Fit's huge windshield is that the strip ends up being more than the standard 6". I think that's my favorite mod for the car so far.
As for the other stuff, not sure about Chicago's laws but here you can go way darker on the back/rear window as long as up front it's not less than 30 (I may be wrong). But, I think it looks silly to have different degrees of tinting around the car. Mine are all 30.
