What did you do to your GE fit today?

Maintenance minder reading dropping like flies when reaches zero %
My 2010 AT Fit went through her first maintenance yesterday at Honda Dealership - first maintenance free with 7900 km odometer reading.
Interesting observation the day before - When the maintenance minder dropped to 0% the day before, it aggressively dropped in -10% increments each time I started the engine. Within 1 day, I did three engine starts between the time the minder shows 0% to the the time I drove to the dealership. By the time I reached the service center, the maintenance minder shows -30%, dropped 30% in one day.
Is it detrimental to the engine if I only do the oil change when the minder shows 0% or less?
I've also changed out my X-ice snows to sports rim and installed a wheel lock nuts

due to others' oil analysis from blackstone where BS said they could have gone much further, I doubt there was any damage done but....
... honda recommends changing at 15% not 0% that's why the reminder comes on so I would not let it go down to 0 again. If you are going to let it go, definitely change over to synthetic but even then, I wouldn't recommend it.
Realistically whether damage was done will depend on how you drive. You seem to be a bit heavier on the pedal hitting 0 at 7900km. I've done two changes and average about 10,000 MILES between changes. You are about half of that so in your case I would DEFINITELY NOT go past 10% and schedule your oil change at 15%

I installed Tanabe DF210 springs, and JDM Honda red H badges
The ride is awesome, although a rear passenger who has been riding since I got the car new in stock form says its a lot bouncier in the rear, feels fine for the front people though. Handles a lot better, much less body roll and nose dive under braking.
(car not clean excuse the nasty!)

Its ashame the Japan had another quake off its coast. They just can't catch a break right now. Tsunami warnings have been called off, but aftershocks could trigger one. I'll have to get over the Fizz to get my sticker.
