How much to install armrest and visors??
Ok so i received my OEM Armrest and OEM visors for my '11 Sport. I called all the local dealers here in miami near my home, and all of them have a different price on the install... cheapest being $147 and most expensive being $245 for both installed. They telling me 2-3 hrs labor... and they charge $95/hr
I dont have a drill and/or tools which sucks, because i could probably install them myself if i did...
anyone in Miami, FL know a place to get these installed for cheaper? to me that price is insane!!!

Ha, no, in Springfield, Illinois. Perhaps there's a std "book" time for the installs that your dealer based the quote on. I had the printed the diy armrest install from the forums and they just used that and knocked it out quick.
They did the same thing for my tpms calibration, just did it and charged for actual time (1/2 hr as well).
Do you have a non-dealer indie shop you trust? Might get a better deal with one.

I kust installed the OEM Armrest yesterday by myself. It took me an hour to do it. When i bought it with my Fit the dealership said the install was included with the price. But i didn't want to wait 3 hours for them to get to my car and do it.

ye im going to do the armrest tomorrow with a friend... i just found out he has a drill.
but on the Visors, it looks like the rears seem to be tricky and people say its a PITA. I have the college hills PDF instructions, but they seem hard to follow with all the weird angles...

People with pick up trucks and tools always have friends!
Many of the tools I have is because, well do the math
Install $147
3/8" corded drill $40
drill bits $12
(Walmart)
savings $95
I can keep the drill and bits, give them to charity or throw them out, I'm still ahead $95!

$147 to install both is a fair price for a dealer. Of course cheaper to do yourself but only if you're capable. Make a mistake and damage either accessory and it will end up costing you more in the long run.
Since you already bought both read the detailed instructions included and make your personal judgement call.
