Fog Light - Broken Lens

I guess what they say about bad things come it three’s is true..

1st - The HVAC Blower Motor and resistor failed a couple of weeks ago and just installed the new parts on Monday ($200+)

2nd - Yesterday (Tues) noticed a trim piece missing from the windshield. (only $10.00.. feel fortunate)

3rd - Today (Wed) noticed my driver’s side fog light is broken.

So WTH is going on here??? Bad Karma??? Maybe I PO’d the Fit Gods?

Anyway….Found a new unit on ebay for $79.28. Seems to be a pretty good price. Is anyone aware of a better source/price?

I bought a replacement for my broken pass. side fog on eBay also. I paid about the same price, but from another eBay vendor. As long as the lens in yur new light is real glass, it is probably the same manufacturer as the one that I bought. Min works and fits perfectly. Suggestion: buy a set of clear or yellow plastic rock shields from a fitfreak vendor- Headlight Armor. They fit perfectly and are easy to apply to CLEAN glass. They might keep you from having to buy another replacement light.

It sucks that we can't replace just the lenses with parts from Honda, and have to buy the whole light from a Chinese knock-off light maker. At least the knock-off lights work and fit just like the originals.

I could not find a better price than the above either, and the dealer price quote was a rip-off.

I put the yellow film on my fogs from Headlight Armour too. Looks nice and fairly thick, hopefully gives a rock something to bounce off of.
