I'm sure it's possible. You would probably have to do some of your own wiring though. I wouldn't think that it would be plug in play. On older cars that were not drive by wire you could sometimes get an aftermarket cruise setup that would manually hold the throttle cable in place. It may all be done by the computer though.... Maybe someone with the factory service manual here on FitFreak can look up some of components. Lings website (UK parts website) will be your best friend when researching and maybe ordering the parts. On there site they have the steering wheel controls for £152.44.

anyone retrofitted Cruise Control to Jazz
I was intrigued if anyone had had any sucess in retrofitting cruise control to UK spec Jazz? Other forums had suggested the steering wheel controls was the easy part, and and the wiring into the loom was the harder part, I thought this post was useful for context
