I rarely come here as the 2011 Fit auto base never causes me any problems! But at 36K it is time for new tires before rainy season arrives in FL. I have been going to the dealer for service. I use to avoid dealers like they were the plague, but the Ft Myers Honda dealer has never ripped me, treats me good and I am very happy with them.

So in shopping for tires I looked at the dealer and they have

Yokohama Avid Ascend 175/65R 15 AS for $96.35 each with a coupon for free mount and balance and road hazard warranty. I'm sure does not include tax. Sale price and coupon are good till 5/31

Tire rack wants $84 each plus shipping, plus mounting and free road hazard. I cannot come up with the shipping for 33917?

The dealer is cheaper, no, can't be, or so it appears. Then there is the it goes against my lifes experiences to buy from the dealer.

Question #1. We get a lot of rain here is the Yoko Avaid ascend a good rain tire?

#2. Am I missing anything here?
