I am in the Honda Owner's Site now and while reading about the airbag recall, the only thing it says is "if you are affected to please have it repaired immediately".

That's great but how do I tell if I AM AFFECTED? Or are they all?

I have a 2009 Sport.

Edit: I kept digging and from what I am seeing it says there are no current safety recalls / open recalls: 0. Does that mean I am not affected?

 

I just had my first experience with the honda.owners.com website today to register my '16 LX. Isn't there a place where you can stick in a VIN and see what the open recalls are?

 

Honda will not have the VIN's for any affected vehicles until after 2/15/16. Waiting to see if my 2009 is part of this too.

 

As soon as the updated lists are made available, you should be able to find out if your car is affected or not.
