[UPDATE: The wheels were picked up within an hour of my post. Congrats to member xxryu139xx!]

I sold Maria's 2009 Fit Sport and replaced it with a BMW X1 M Sport. Traded in the Honda and the BMW dealer didn't want my aftermarket wheels. Now these 17" Enkei Racing PF01 wheels and nearly new Continental Extreme Contact DW summer tires are taking up valuable space in my basement.

Here's the deal. First person to respond to this post, who can pick them up in New Jersey, can have them for free. I also have wheel nuts and Enkei hubcentric rings. There's a minor catch. If you want these, you also have to adopt two more PF01 wheels with minor curb rash and half worn Bridgestone Potenza RE11 max performance tires installed. Could easily be made perfect at Wheel Collision Center in Bath PA or Wheels USA in Fairfield, NJ.

All six wheels have TPMS sensors, by the way. It's a good idea to have spares, in case you bend a rim or have an accident and discover Enkei discontinued them. Been there, done that!





Amazed the dealer didn't want these fine wheels, although it's probably easier to sell the car at auction with stock rims.





Back go the stock ones and now I've got a stack of wheels that should really be making some other Honda Fit owner happy!

 

I'd be interested. Is there a time frame to pick up?

And why give them away instead of at least selling them for a good price?

A chance to give back to folks in the Fit community who have been generous to me with tech support over the years. That support is far more valuable than what I could have sold these wheels & tires for. I feel like I'm the one who got the really good deal here.

Seriously? xxryu139xx was the first person to respond, PMing me within minutes, then following up with a post, and picking up the wheels 30 minutes later. I got some space back in my basement and xxryu139xx got free wheels for his mom's 3rd Gen Fit. How was anyone harmed here?
