where is this leak coming from?
I have some water that shows up in the middle of the trunk mat. weird just in the middle and you see a splash like it's coming from the ceiling and hits the little Fit word on the rubber mat in the trunk area but ceiling is dry. happens every time it rains a lot. Dumbfoundead on this end. any thoughts?
Puddle...with splashes
Dry as the desert...

That's weird. You can't see it with naked eye. But comes out in a 16 MB phone pic. This all started after I got rear window replaced. Then boom. Leaks. Do they take off the roof liner to do that?

I looked thru most of them but didn't see one that matched what I was experiencing (random puddle with no wet spot on ceiling). Could you post link to example thread that close to my issue?

Side note....
On a side note...this is my second honda fit sport. Bought an 07 Fit sport in April 2006 5spd and owned 4 yrs but had to sell after I blew out my Left knee in Iraq. My wife got an 09 Fit Sport automatic in May 2009. Anyone have this little quirky issue with auto tranny shifting at low speeds (usually up an incline) making a crunching noise going into second or 3? Can make sound last longer if hold gas at right pressure at certain moment. It happened since day 1 / mile 1 and has just gotten more pronounced and louder. Dealer just said they (2009 2010 Fit)make that noise and it's common. 7yrs & 94215 miles later....it's still annoying.

Radio antena base gasket.. Right above your water line. Or when the gas company replaced the window the horsing around on it cracked the sealer at the hinges or Hatch opening corners, look for little cracks in the sealant. Don't use silicone/rtv use Polyurethane (Ace Has it).

Leaking roof antenna rubber seal
Had this problem on my '09 Fit, such a pain and a real mess was trashing my headliner and trunk well. Every time it rained it was leaking. Clean and dry the paint around the base thoroughly, get under the rubber edge and soak up any excess trapped moisture with paper towel edge. Then wipe with isopropyl alcohol all around rubber and paint. Do this on a warm day. Get a tube of Permatex 81730 Flowable Silicone Windshield and Glass Sealer at your auto parts store. Inject this under and around the rubber base seal, smooth with your finger and allow to cure. Wipe away any excess with alcohol. Won't harm paint. Wait 1 week before washing car to cure well.
I found that since the Fit's roof metal is so thin and flexes easily, a further solution that looks really cool is get rid of the stubby antenna. Get a paint-matched shark-fin antenna cover from Visual Garage. This goes over the base and is bonded to the roof by an adhesive foam strip seal. Clean surface as per instructions before installing. It ain't coming off! Now you have 2 layers of sealing protection and a nice upgrade look!

Yup. Closer look and paint cracked and sloght peel. Antena loose. Had roof repaired in February 2013 at Harden County Honda Elizabethtown Kentucky. gave them a call and sent 2 email. They are dodging me. ..FML
