Honda Jazz 2010 SRS airbag warning light intermittent.

I have a UK 2010 1.4 EX, my SRS WARNING light comes on sometimes and others days it doesn't. Is there a way to reset it. I suspect it is my seats or seatbelt sensor. Has anyone else had this and what was the cure? I've looked online but couldn't find anything for modern Jazz / Fit from 11/2008 to 2015 models.

Generally no. But sometimes it has small items on it. The warning light spends more time on than off now. I was wondering if it's a connection problem, because a real problem would be permanently on. I've tried banging all the seats around and rattled the seat belt mechanisms. I even disconnected the battery overnight.

I think i recall it started this after a flat battery in the winter when it wasn't used for a long time. i tried to start and it all just clicked (relay) and flashed the dash lights. i recharged for a day or so then it started fine but the SRS stayed on, but some days it would be okay (normal).

Very interesting update. Without any tools I have discovered how to reset the SRS / airbag warning light on my Honda Jazz 1.4 EX 2010 semi automatic, that's a GG6. I assume this will work on a manual GE6. I recorded it too.
The sequence was get in car
Put the key in the ignition
Do not start the engine
But turn the ignition on
Turn off, take key out.
Put key back in and turn on then key back out.
Do this a total of 5 times and on the 6th go leave the ignition on. The SRS light will go out.

However for me the next time I get in the car to drive the SRS Warning is back, so I do have a fault. I will take to Honda dealer for them to identify the location or identity of my fault.
Let me know if it worked on your model. Let others know the year and model.

I have kept clear my fault. I do not know the cause, but after having my radio out and working behind the passenger airbag to refit an AutoDAB Digital radio interface and routing aerial to passenger side I must have disturbed the 'iffy' bad connection. Also on the same day I gave the inside a good vacuum and clean all round inside, so it might have been seats too as I had them back and forth on their runners while I vacuumed all over.
The radio is just fine and works via the steering controls too, but cannot get TMC ( traffic announcements while DAB on).
