For the 2nd generation Fit's, I don't think you need to use a maestro to use the steering wheel controls. When I put in my Kenwood Nav unit in my 2013 fit I just used a PAC SWI-RC and programmed it without any problems. The PAC unit is much less expensive.

I just picked up the AVIC 8200 for my 2015 Fit and I've heard they're in the process of getting the software ready for Maestro to work on it. As of right now there isn't a Honda Fit option on the Maestro page.

on the pioneer site its says the 8200 is maestro ready. on the maestro site
ge fit is included in its list of honda cars...
i am not after the steering wheel control, i am
after the maestro controls, which can show you the cars data on the 8200
