Remote Key Fob but hold the Key!?

Hello everyone, first time longtime. I was curious if any of you had any information on something I am looking for. I recently broke my key for my 2009 Honda Fit. The metal key came loose and fell off. I soon purchased a new key and programmed it. I continued to use the old keyless fob as a way to open the doors without having the bulkiness of the key on my key chain. Fast forward a year and I lost the keyless fob. I liked the system I had but don't want to buy a new key just to break off the metal part and was wondering if there is a keyless version of the three button fob. I did a bunch of google searches and it didn't really answer the question or perhaps I was searching for the wrong thing in the first place. I look forward to hearing your answers and thanks.

Amazon had a replacement key shell with the remote for $8. You could unscrew and remove the blade, rather than breaking it. Also, the two-button keyless fobs for the Civic should work, as long as you select the correct frequency. I think for 2009 the frequency is 313.8MHz. The remote for a 2004 Civic should match. The frequency is different for different years. The 2007 uses 433 MHz.
