Something is scratching my suspension...

Hi. Newbie here, and a noob about cars. Still learning. ^_^ Hope to learn a lot from you guys.

I replaced my old Pirelli's today with Turanza's from Bridgestone and noticed something on my rear right suspension. Here are two pictures.

I'd like to know what caused this and how to solve this. Or do i need to replace the whole thing? Pleas help.

Are you running aftermarket wheels?

No. I have OEM rims.

My tires are 195/55/16. Is this an issue when the prescribed size is 185/55/16?

After a series of questions, a replacement was recommended.

Should I go for OEM (which is wayyy preicey) or an OE one from KYB?
