I posted recently about getting a second set of tires for snow tires. In the thread there were some great replies and a few people suggested getting cloneable tire pressure sensors.

I've been poking around online and I found this website which will send you a device to scan your current TPMS and then send you four that match them.

Is there a reason why this is a bad solution? It seems pretty easy.

Also, they list a bunch of different sensors on that page. Does it matter which one you choose or is it just an aesthetic thing?
