Is this bumper a direct fit for a base model fit?
Do i need to change the side fenders or grill?

Don't know the answer, but just looking at the two pics says the bumper should fit. The cut lines on the fender seem to be the same. You will have to change the grill too though. The grills are clearly different. The Sport spans from light to light where as the base has some bumper material between the grill and the lights. Hood line looks the same though.

 

It should be a direct fit for the 09-11 sport bumper, however, as for the 12-13 sport bumper you would also have to get the grill as the base one does not fit.
