Aftermarket replacement paddle shifters
Does anyone make aftermarket replacement shifter paddles for the '09 yet? Anyone working on this? I can't stand the cheap plastic feel of the stock paddles!

I noticed this too - - the paddles in our '07 Sport Auto feel much nicer than the ones on our '09 Sport Auto

I haven't really looked that close to see how they are attached, but maybe the '07 paddles would work??

i have yet to see someone with aftermarket paddles, on the GD, or GE. but i would definitely want to haha.

build it from scratch. I had a metal ring fabricated and welded angle bar brackets on each side to hold the switches that held stainless steel levers on it. mounted the contraption between the aftermarket wheel and a shaved EKcivic steering adapter, Voila! had it working in no time!

I'm glad that I'm not the only one disappointed with the feel of the plastic shifters. I'm considering buying small pieces of suede and gluing them to the back of the paddles for a more tactile feel.
