Seeing as we've been getting a lot more members as of late getting new Fits or asking for prices, I thought that this would be a good thread to have around. Maybe one of the admins here could make this a sticky?
Having said that, just post the state or province you're in, the model, the price you paid to get it out the door (US or CAD, since it'll be clearly different for the 2 countries and states/provinces), and what accessories came with that price. To make it clear and easy to read for everyone else, DON'T POST ANY OTHER COMMENTS OR INFO! Thanks
First dealership I put a down payment on the car, gave me price of 16,290 (MSRP) + 300 doc fee, for the grand total of :17,612.93 (after taxes, and PST rebate).
Yesterday I dropped by another dealership right next to my work, and they actually gave me 100 off of MSRP, and no Doc fee, so thats about 17,200 or so...
Now to get the deposit from the first dealership....
I have no problem paying sticker for the Fit. But I do have a problem taking absurd low amounts for my trade if I want a Fit. I'm the only person on the lot. You want to give me what??????

Wow, that's a great price!! I know your CA taxes aren't great, but under 16K is really good. We worked our guys down to 16,100, but then threw in a few accessories and in the end worked to 16,270.

2008 Base Model Fit w/ automatic transmission, and paid $15500 out the door.
I have 26000 miles now and it's going to be traded in or sold outright within the next month or so. Tired of the under powered motor, and the crappy gas mileage for such a small car. I average about 28-30 mpg. A car like this should be getting 40.
