I ordered straight from Tegiwas website, it's cheaper directly from them then on ebay.

^^ Thanks brother! They do make the inside a little nicer and they're full on replacements.

For sure a job when you have a little extra time. You need to remove the whole door panel and remove all the screws that hold the arm rest portion in place. Then the switch covers swing forward and pop out, you'll see what I mean once you start the project.

I might as well just do this at the same time when I upgrade my speakers

That'll be the best time since you have to remove the door panels anyway. Just be careful on the rear doors, there's a small rectangular plastic piece at the top by the window that needs to be removed, I broke a clip on it and had to replace it, only a $5 piece.

I have a few other mods, but I'm keeping that under wraps until the next meet.

Good advice, last thing I need is to break something again

I also recently found this angled extension recently. For the longest time I couldn't find angled extensions in 10x1.5 that weren't overpriced.

Just in case someone doesn't need that much adjustment and doesn't have $90 to spend.

I am happy with my $6 ebay straight extension lol has been on for a long while and not broken yet, so, good enough.

That Tegiwa piece is really nice though.

Nice Veilside! Still love mine. Every once in a while I'll take it off and either just put the knob on (with the Revo shorty) or put one of my straight or angled extenders on. I only leave it like that for a day before putting the Tegiwa back on, though. It's just too perfect. So last time I put it back on I used some red LocTite, a) to deter myself from ever thinking about taking it off again, and b) because I've had the Tegiwa come loose a couple times during shifting.

I know my recent posts have been more complaints and I'm sure some folks see it as bitchy/whiny crap about "trivial" matters...

Here's another one:

Long story, short... woman forced her way onto the road from her driveway. I stopped. Another man backed into me from his driveway.

sounds like that guy is going to be fixing your car. Nothing is easier to avoid then a stopped car lol

Maybe you need blinking flashing lights all over to prevent an accident these days

I ordered winter tires! If you need them, 1010tires has free shipping in the US & Canada up to $120 right now on tires over $400 for a set of four (winter or all season only).

Took the 2013 in for an oil change. The car is at 24,xxx km and it only had one oil change? The first one was when the indicator got to about 20% and now at 24,xxx km its at 40% still!! I figure it's cheap maintenance so I took it to a quick lube and put in Castrol Edge 0W-20. I don't have a probably taking the car in to Honda for the next service. I assume it would be at least another 7,000 km.

The lube centre checked various things. The air filter is a little bit dirty so I will change that at Honda next. They wanted $40 at this Mr. Lube. The guys asked if can check the cabin filter and I told him I will get that at the dealer. He asked if I want an engine flush and surely I said no. Anyways I feel better now that at almost 25,000 km the Fit had it's 2nd oil change.
