Which wheel (with tire) is heavier, 16 inch alloy or 15 inch steel wheel?

Couldnt find it in the search.

I had weighed my GE8 Sport rim/tire on my analog scale and it read around 37 lbs. Not sure how accurate the scale is cuz its a bit old. But i will guess that the 15" steel wheels with tires are lighter than the 16" alloys with tires.

I have an expensive shipping scale and the sport 16's are 18.47 lbs if that helps.
