All that's missing is the "drop" What percentage are you on the tint up front? Mines tinted at the rear...need to darken up the front just a little.

I know I know I need to drop her. As for the tint it's legal limit here in TX 30% on front quarter and driver/passenger windows, and 5% (limo) on the rear passenger and hatch windows.

My next car will be white, regardless of which one I choose (Civic, Fit, Impreza, Rabbit, Mini) ... it's so pretty.

I suppose hazard lights would be useful in whiteouts ... I run them even when there is a storm where visibility is slightly compromised. I think I run hazards more often than a lot of people ... thanking drivers, warning drivers of a rapid slowdown ....

Agreed, this car is most excellent in white. This is the first car I've actually liked in white (almost bought one).

Would never give up my CBP, however.

mine is white, and my old car was white too (2001 dodge neon), and even when itīs dirty it seems like clean, and the scratches "disappear" more than in a black or red or blue car, the only problem itīs when you put wax, because you canīt see where you have put the wax.

8.4K miles on the odo, treated with a combination of AIO and Klasse products. So shiny you can't look directly at it in a sunny day (notice how dark the image is: that's from the camera trying to adjust for how damn bright the car was). Also notice the lack of visible clearbra lines... Vincent at Omega Tintwerks does a bang up job.

Sex on wheels. How much did the clear bra run you?

Another extremely satisfied TW owner here. I really bounced around between white and black but I think white makes the black trim really pop, as well as show off the little strakes on the front/rear lower spoilers. With CBP you lose little details like the shiny black trunk piece or the black trim below the mirrors.

Plus, with a tint job and the mainly-red JDM base tails I think they look TITS. qbmurderer, I'm lookin at you! I also think they look good with gold rims, yellow fogs...man, it looks good in everything!

Added bonus: like British Racing Green, white was the national racing color of Japan back in the day. Not sure if it makes sense to put it on an econobox but it's heritage just the same

Well, he cut me a REALLY damn good deal, as he was excited to do his first 09 Fit Sport, but for more than 1K, less than 1.5K (somewhere in there. Dunno if he has a "FitFreak" discount currently, but I mentioned the MINI forums ):

Custom full hood wrap
Full front bumper cover
Partial fender cover
Mirror cover
Headlight cover with custom covers over the "frog eyes"
Fog light covers
Under-the-handle covers (to protect against fingernails)
Rear bumper top cover near the hatch gate
Covers for the front wheel wells where the paint is exposed from the side skirts
15% Llumar tint on all 5 rear windows (tint straight up to the very edge of the glass on all windows, including the rear passenger windows)

And an anal-retentive attention to detail. There are no dust specs or bubbles in the tint, and the clear coat was put on perfectly. If you're in Monterrey, I'd set up an appointment with Vincent and make a day trip (he's sometimes open on Saturdays). He's one of the few car shop owners I can recommend without any reservations. Check out his Yelp reviews even

I'm gonna take a pic of the job he did on the rear windows when I take my (late) lunch today.

That looks CLEAN!

When you installed the new tail lights, did it require any re-wiring or cutting, or was it pretty much plug and play?

Straight plug and play for those lights. Just need the JDM reverse bulb and socket that comes with it.

Thanks Myke. As qbmurderer13 responded, it's pretty much plug and play. You do need to stretch the brake light wiring to make it reach the socket by cutting or taking off some electrical tapes that bind the wires together. I believe stalonehong has another set. Here's the link:
