Check the FM090 terminals about half way down the page. *If* they happen to be the right ones I thought $2.90 for 10 (20 actually, but we wouldn't need the males) seemed quite fair.

buying two came out to just under $10. free sounds better to me. You can find these at any junkyard.
Wow, just checked the prices on those terminals. You have to buy a 25 pack and they cost $1 a pop. So, in other words, it will be $25 in total and nobody here wants to buy the correct crimper for these. $$$$
Unless I missed it, i did not see a part number or a location to purchase those terminals. Want to share??
I may have used a similar connector that was available in the states. Let me research some...

MScott: What a great mod! It will be cool to see if others can replicate it and procure (and share the source of) the pin needed to go on the one missing electric wire. Living in the Pacific Northwest, winter brings lots of rain -- both heavy and light -- and variable intermittent wipers are just what’s needed. I’m a real novice when it comes to mods so if you will indulge me, if I attempt to describe what I understand of your process for attaching the missing wire, will you confirm or correct me? Thank you in advance:
From your pictures, the back of the wiper stalk pod has the 8 male connectors; the original wiring harness (female) plugs into the back of that pod. One shaft of the stalk pod (#8) is missing a female connector-that’s where the extra wire/pin comes in. Thread it through the pack of the black plastic female connector (the one vacant hole) and on to the matching male shaft on the pod. This completes the pod to top harness connection.
At the other end of the wire you have to provide, is it a bare end that plugs into connector Q at position #7? And to get access to connector Q, you have to (1) remove the black connector (the male half) of what’s plugged into connector Q, (2) take off the Under Dash Fuse Panel (UDFP), (3) remove connector Q from the back of the UDFP, (4) insert the bare wire into opening #7 of connector Q, (5) reattach connector Q to the UDFP, (6) reattach the UDFP, (7) reattach the male half of Q and the connection is made. Is that correct? I’m sorry for being so obtuse; without pictures (which I understand are very difficult to get), its hard for me to picture in my mind. Thank you again.
I think I understand what you asking... I'll try to clarify.
You will need one wire that is about 1.5-2ft long. Length depends how ou want to route the wire. The wire will need a female pin on Both ends.
One end goes into the factory harness connector that plugs into the wiper stalk (there is only one opening so their isn't any guessing), the other end goes into the wiring harness Q connector that plugs into the back of the UDFP.
There are a couple of honda wiring PDFs floating around on the web that show how to remove pins... but since your only adding, you simply need to open the pin retainer and insert the new female pin.
When I installed the Q connector wire into the factory wiring harness, I didn't remove the UDFP, but I'm flexible and was able to reach my arm up behind the UDFP and unplug the connector to insert the pin. Its tight and their isn't much slack in the harness, but it can be done.
So in overview, you need the new wiper stalk and you're only adding one wire to the factory harness with female pins at both ends. The UDFP isn't modified at all.
Can you provide a few tips on removing the plastic housing surrounding the wiper arm? Remove both top and bottom pieces? And just how much of it is PULLING vs UNSCREWING! lol
The Steering Column Cover is held together by three screws (under the bottom cover) and tabs.
First you need to undo the three screws.
Next, I pried the two covers apart with just my fingers. You can see the seems near the turn signal stalk and wiper stalk. I just picked one side and started prying them.
Here are pics of the Top and Bottom Cover separated.
If you look around the middle left and middle right of the bottom cover... there are two rectangle slots. This is where the top cover kind of hinges into the bottom cover.
You need to pull the steering column up and move the tilt lever around to get the cover out.

Thank you for the further explanation and pix; the process doesn't look easy but your additional explanation of the under-dash portion, how the wire should look and how to take apart the steering column cover helped a lot. Now, if someone can come on-line with a procurement source for the pins, that would be helpful. I wonder if a dealership would be willing to sell you the wire with 2 pins? Or College Hills Honda or Bernardi?
I bought these from my local Honda dealer for my winker mirror installation. They are part #04320-SAA-A00 and come ten in a pack. Cost was about $10 so they're a buck each. Im not sure but I think you could use these for the wiper installation. Whoever buys them will have extras but Im sure you could sell them to guys doing this mod.

I picked up the wiper arm and installed the wire and arm on the steering wheel. I was hoping that was the hard part of the install but it wasnt. When I went under the dash I couldnt find the connector that you installed the second wire to. Is it on one of the connectors directly below the bank of fuses? I tried to look for a green connector like the one you posted but cant figure out which one it is. Or am I looking in the wrong place? Confused?!? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
