I feel that Milano red is a bit darker than Rallye Red.
The new Si's come in Rallye Red and they seem brighter to me than Milano red.
Their color codes are different also;
Milano Red is R-81
Rallye Red is R-513.
If i were u i think i would buy them in Rallye Red and see how much of a difference there really is and if its significant, then paint them Milano Red.
