Thump feel right rear wheel.

I recently started feeling a light thumb feel. Feels as its coming from the rear right tire. The feel as if your tire had a bubble.
I checked the tire. Tire in excellent condition. When i speed up thump feel goes away. Yet i get a noise? Perhaps I have to get the car on a left. Rim looks fine. I slowly check the tire, nothing. The night before I decide to push the car around a little hard. As I'm approaching my drive way. I get the care into a tail spin. Facing my drive way. Open the garage door and park. Next day I feel the thump, and the noise at higher speeds.

You can do a couple of things to help ID the prioblem cheaply before visiting a dealer.
you sure its the RR tire/wheel.?

Does the thump change with car speed? That indicates something stuck to the tread or the tire out of round or something hitting the tire which could be a bent wheel or loose part around the wheel. Like in the brake drum. Based on what you said, thats my first choice but because its a drum its not easy to check.

If the thump doesn't change with car speed but is regular then you can check for something loosde or shaking in the car. If its irregular then its more likely something loose inside in the car.

good luck.
