SRS warning light

I hope you take this positively.
You read the code to determine the problem. Then fix the failure, and the light will go away. Most code scanners will not read SRS codes. Make sure that you have one that will read them.
The only other way to clear the code is to disconnect the battery for at least one hour. Some codes will not reset this way.

Just to be clear: this is the "airbag system malfunction" light, not the "passenger airbag off" light or the "side airbag off" light, right?
The passenger airbag off light doesn't indicate a malfunction, but rather that someone (or something) fairly lightweight is in the passenger seat and so the airbag won't deploy in an accident as it's not designed for children. Similarly, the side airbag off light indicates that a sensor has detected a passenger (or whatever) leaning against the door, and so the seat-mounted side airbag won't deploy since they're in a position where they would be harmed rather than helped by it.
Assuming it is the actual airbag system light, about the only suggestion I have for easy and inexpensive things to do/check is to make sure all the connectors in the system are firmly attached and the wiring looks good. Do these checks with the battery disconnected and after leaving it disconnected for a period of time (maybe an hour) so that the system has fully discharged and the risk of accidental airbag deployment eliminated (or at least reduced to negligible).
