Hey I'm in NOVA also. A bit random, but I've been thinking about switching back to the stock rear bumper. I have the same color fit with a Mugen rear. Let me know if your interested in swapping out.

Amazing! Q: Did you use the "clear-matte" plasti-dip paint "color" with the Dippearl topcoat? How many coats of each would you recommend? My hood is getting thrashed with many small chips and I am considering doing what you did on your bumper to my hood and perhaps side mirrors as well, after some touch-up. Was the 2-gallon DipYourCar "kit" (ATV) enough or did you go with the 3-gallon (Coupe) kit? Thanks for your help!

I just bought 2 cans of the matte black plasti-dip on amazon. Used maybe 2/3 of a can doing 2-3 coats. Those gallon kits are overkill unless you want to dip your whole car or large areas. I think you can get it cheap at home depot.

Finally had time to get the Clazzios installed! Still need to make some small adjustments but overall I'm happy with the covers.

Got the CR-Z Engine cover installed. Cut slots on the front area to allow the tabs/flaps to be inserted so there's no chance for the front part to fly off from high speeds. Used only plastic clips to secure the entire cover.

How do you like the Mugen pedals? I am interested, but they are so expensive. Do you notice any difference in pedal control?

I really like them, they grip well and I can do faster transitions from the gas pedal to the brake pedal (smaller gap between the two). The larger surface area is big improvement over the stock pedals.

Does this cover help with gas mileage? If so how much did it cost and how much did your mpg increase?

it did increase 1-2mpg. I forget how much but it wasn’t that expensive, maybe ~ $60?
