My Front Brembo Gran Turismo 6 Piston Type III Rotor
#22
That hat is in it's pure aluminum color,...
all the black hat are because they are black anodized for protection...
I also plan to anodized this hat later with custom color,
the reason I want it to anodized with dark color is to create
the illusion that the rotor is flying inside the wheel when it turning,
it will also help make the wheel look bigger (I think)....
if I keep it in the original bright aluminum color, soon it might be discolored
and I think it will also make the wheel look smaller...
below is the color I hope I can copy when I anodized my hat:

I had bought a pair of USED knuckle and hub from eBay,
but when I press the hub out from the knuckle, it looks like
it is NOT in good condition plus I am having problem taking out
the inner race of the bearing, so I decided to just buy a pair of new
hub from Bernardi parts.
What funny is they are slightly different...
The Hub from the original (but used) knuckle have 4 holes for
the disc brake retaining screw while the one from Bernardi
have only 2 holes... the one from Bernardi also assembled in USA,
that is probably why, it is from different supplier while the
used hub came from Japan since our Fit is Made In Japan...

Press out the standard stud nut:
Press in the new longer ARP Stud (stronger too )
Insert the Locking clip on the bearing/knuckle:
Insert the Phillips screw that used to hold the splash guard,
but since I don't use the splash guard anymore, that screw is just
to prevent dirt/rust in that holes:
Press in the hub into the knucle:
Oh by the way,
my H&R 15mm spacer arrived today

My Custom Front Steel Braided line by HEL UK
arrive today.
I just ordered them last week from UK
and it arrive so fast,
this is good company.
I used to be able to custom order a brake line easily from Goodridge UK
(long time ago), but I guess they are too big now...
even Goodridge USA don't accept custom brake line order now (I tried)...
so I decided to order from HEL UK,
actually HEL also have subsidiary from USA,
but their online ordering system do NOT have the special rubber grommet
that I want so I order from the UK operation plus the UK source one
is actually CHEAPER !!! go figure...
anyway here are the pictures compare to OEM,
and they are about 4 inches longer at 645mm compare to OEM...
I need them to be longer because the Brembo Caliper is further away
due to much larger rotor...
take note the exact rubber bracket design that is the same
as OEM steel bracket that attached to the Coil over:
and here are the other end of the hose,
which I will use bracket from my current Goodridge kit for Honda Fit
so it will fit just like OEM:

My BBS Red Emblem and Red Lug Nut just arrived,
The Lug Nut is very good quality, it even have a ring on the surface where it touch the wheel that can spin freely to reduce friction when tightening the Lug Nut.

Installed my New FRONT Knuckle/Hub Modified with ARP Longer Studs to accommodate the 15mm spacer. Had to cut about 8mm (before thread start) on the ARP Longer Studs so I can use the BBS Wheel Lock.
With about -3 negative camber, no rub for now (with 4 person in the car).
I also already received the 4 brake bracket for the Brembo Caliper,
Looking for place to do HARD Anodize (TYPE III) now...
After that then I can install my Brembo
