I put mine in 2 days ago. I have to agree and say that this is the best mod that I have done to my car too. The car actually feels like it is shifting like it was meant to.

The shift has a noticeable change in stiffing. The throw definitely has a stronger feel. Seems to be a lot shorter of a throw to me, but I haven't had a manual in a about 10 years.

It took me about 2 hours to complete this. It was a pain in the ass to get that retainer off the ball. I probably spent 30 minutes or so with that alone.

I was in the garage for 4 hours because I had to replace my parking brake assembly (piece broke off from "normal wear and tear"; according to Honda). Also, I painted the JDM hinge for the hood damper and installed that (had slight fitment issues that had to be strong-armed out).
