Good review. I think it's great Honda gears the manual so differently from the auto. I own a 2001 Miata and a '97 Nissan Maxima SE 5-speed and every chance I get I bang on the redline. I love hammering on a vehicle with abandon and both these cars thrive on it.
I've a Fit Sport MT on order and I will be extracting all 103 ponies out of that little sucker every chance I get. As to the extra $2.50 in gas a week, I can spare that out of my entertainment fund.
