Here is the data for bolt ons getting around 110whp over stock:

Ben Leung of AJR wrote "Sorry, I have been trying to get the dyno done ealier but due to shitty weather (SNOW & Heavy rain) so I wasn't able to do it any sooner. And NOW the dyno is done and I would like to announce the results to you all

Dyno 1 - Bone stock
Dyno 12 - T1R Intake + T1R Crank pulley +T1R 50S Cat-back exhaust
Dyno 19 - T1R Intake + T1R Crank pulley +T1R 50S Cat-back exhaust + T1R HEADER !!!!

Here the gains from DYNO 19 vs DYNO 12 :
3000rpm+1whp / +1 lbs
3500rpm+2whp / +2.5 lbs
4000rpm+4whp / +4.6 lbs
4500rpm+3.8whp / +3.8 lbs
5000rpm+2.6whp / +2.2 lbs
5500rpm+2.8whp / +3 lbs
6000rpm+1.07whp / +1.2 lbs
6500rpm+ 0whp / + 0 lbs

Here's DYNO 1 vs DYNO 19 :

3000rpm+3.5whp / +4.2 lbs
3500rpm +6.8whp / +8.2 lbs
4000rpm +8.3whp / +8.7 lbs
4500rpm+8.8whp / +8.5 lbs
5000rpm+10.1whp / +10 lbs
5500rpm +12.9whp / +8 lbs
6000rpm+13.9whp / +11.8 lbs
6500rpm+ 14.6whp / + 11.3 lbs"

I forgot that Ben used a a lightened pulley but as you can see fom above - bolt ons can get you + 14.6 whp (around 110 whp). Please note that using Ben's new 50s version 2 muffler adds a couple more whp so today you can get closer to the 110 whp number than what the numbers show above.

As for the "whine" - It does "whine." I wrote this on a different thread:
"With the OEM muffler on - the car is so quiet that rattles, tire noise and vibrations can be heard and felt. This was great because the KWSC makes such a sweet sound (an older guy came up to me and asked if my car was electric, I told him no but I just got 41 mpg on my last fill up (his mouth dropped and he was really interested) I thought that was funny. What would've been more funny is if I made it clear to him that the electric motor sound he thought he was hearing was a KWSC and I got 41mpg with that funny little noise eminating from behind the passenger front wheel)."

CarGuy37 adding an LSD is probably the best thing that I've done to my car. Below is my review.
