I've been discussing this on cleanmpg.com and they have some ideas to help me get the ScanGauge to more accurately represent what's really happening. Next up is a change the throttle position sensor (TPS) setting, which I'll try after the next fillup. (I've decided to compare changes and methods across full tanks of gas so I have a 'real world' data point to compare to the SG readings.)
